Unpack the downloaded archive into a single directory. If it is a multi-part archive, extract only the first part; the rest will follow automatically.

Ensure Steam is running before you launch the game. Some fixes require the Steam Overlay to be active to function.

Open your Steam client and log into a (preferably secondary) account.
