You cannot open Part 1 alone. You must have (e.g., part01.rar , part02.rar , part03.rar ) in the same folder on your computer.
Many .rar archives from the web are password-protected. Check the website or source where you downloaded the file for the password.
The software will automatically find the other parts and combine them into the original full folder or file.
