Frustrated by his sisters' constant attention, Keita attempts to establish a ban on kissing.

Riko hears that Keita enjoys sweets and attempts to make him chocolate. After an initial failure results in terrible-tasting chocolate, she uses a "chocolate lipstick" strategy found in one of her father's DVDs.

The series is a romantic comedy centered on Keita and his non-blood-related twin stepsisters, who are both in love with him. While the TV series is generally considered a more "tame" adaptation of the original manga compared to the OVA series , it still maintains a mature TV-MA rating due to its suggestive content.
