A professionally trained musician, she studied classical voice and piano at the "Marin Sorescu" Arts High School in Craiova before earning a Master’s degree in the field. Since 2010, she has been a regular winner at major folklore festivals, including the prestigious "Maria Tănase" and "Maria Lătărețu" competitions.
