The plot picks up after the events of Hawaii Five-0 (S10E12). When Junior Reigns is kidnapped to force the retrieval of a stolen CIA list of undercover agents, and most of the Five-0 task force is sidelined by the CIA, Tani Rey and Quinn Liu turn to Magnum and Higgins for help.
