Sivelov_s1_s5.rar -: A theme and variations movement that highlights different orchestral instruments. Composed during a surge of creativity following the birth of his son, this symphony is deeply influenced by Sivelöv’s upbringing in northern Sweden and the music of Sibelius. Sivelov_S1_S5.rar : Originally titled "Ode to Edvard Munch," this movement is somber and elegiac, meant to evoke the atmosphere of Munch's painting The Scream . : A theme and variations movement that highlights : Three movements, approximately 30–35 minutes long. : Three movements, approximately 30–35 minutes long A more meditative and virtuosic work compared to the first, this symphony emphasizes the individual sections of the orchestra and includes a significant role for the piano. : A two-movement "diptych" where the two parts are closely related. : Titled "Firedance of the Witches," this finale uses syncopated rhythms and is influenced by the music of Miles Davis.
