Rename the subtitle file to match the movie file exactly (e.g., The.Equalizer.2014.720p.BluRay.x264.YIFY.srt ) and keep them in the same folder.

Open your video player (VLC, MPC-HC, etc.), right-click, and select "Add Subtitle File," then choose this .srt .

If you experience a slight delay, most players allow you to adjust sync using the G or H keys (in VLC).
